Once complete in April 2012, Blue Diamond's Sales and Operations Planning process will be run with REMIRA software. OUTPERFORM Planning will be tightly integrated with the Adage ® ERP system through its Data Shelter functionality.

Last year, Yogi Tea approached Outperform for a Sales and Operations Planning solution. The company which has for over 40 years stood for delicious herb and spice teas in dry and ready to drink products was an immediate match. The challenge is in production of intermediates being in one place, filling and packaging in another and stock holding and distribution from several other locations. To plan this efficiently and effectively a more holistic view of the supply chain was needed. Following a three-month trial period Yogi Tea moved forward to implement the solution for the Ready to Drinks division with plans for further roll out to other business units.
