REMIRA continues to grow internationally and acquires the Kyklos Group from Italy: With the acquisition and integration of the company specializing in SCM software for the fashion and luxury goods industry, REMIRA is further expanding its product range and market. The provider of supply chain solutions for manufactures, retail and logistics is thus increasing its presence in the strategically important growth market of Italy.

Kyklos was founded in 2003 and offers with the Kyklos Fashion Suite a modular and integrated solution portfolio for supply chain planning, returns as well as quality management and warehouse management. Several well-known fashion and luxury brands are on the reference list of the Italian provider, which has its headquarters in Florence/Scandicci. "Kyklos is characterized by a high level of development as well as industry-specific solution expertise in the fashion and luxury goods industry, making it a perfect addition to our existing product portfolio along the entire supply chain," explains Stephan Unser, CEO of REMIRA.

More competence for the fashion industry

With the acquisition of Kyklos, REMIRA continues its gradual international growth and strengthens its activities in the growth market of Italy. The next step will be the integration of the solution offering into REMIRA's suite. This will be supported by Kyklos' 50 employees at the two locations in Italy and Romania, which will be taken over completely by REMIRA. "We are very happy to contribute our expertise in the future, for example in returns and quality management," explains Lorenzo Azzari, CEO at Kyklos. "In this way, we can create numerous synergies with our industry expertise in the fashion and luxury goods industry to further improve the product offering of best-of-breed solutions." This approach is also precisely in line with REMIRA's corporate strategy. The expansion of the solution offering will bring added value to REMIRA's fashion customers in particular in the form of further functionalities for managing the value chain. In addition, Kyklos' solutions also offer industry, retail and logistics numerous points of contact for synergies, as Stephan Unser, CEO of REMIRA, reports: "The aim is to contribute to greater sustainability with our AI-supported cloud solutions and at the same time to increase the economic success of our customers. With the acquisition of Nicando, Outperform and Kyklos, we have taken three important steps this year alone and we look forward to continuing our steady growth course with now more than 200 highly qualified employees."
