ROQQIO is now REMIRA 

Merger of REMIRA and ROQQIO

In 2022, supply chain specialist REMIRA and ROQQIO, the expert for omnichannel commerce software solutions, merged under the further developed REMIRA brand umbrella. With around 500 employees and a cumulative annual turnover of 50 million euros, one of the largest software companies headquartered in Germany has been created.

The merger of the two companies will add a sixth area - Commerce - to REMIRA's product offering, which to date has included Planning, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Transportation and Warehousing. 

REMIRA's future supply chain and unified commerce offering will help users optimize their value chain to generate key competitive advantages. 

As of 2023, the ROQQIO brand will be fully merged into REMIRA.

Merger of eFulfilment Transaction Services GmbH, Futura Retail Solutions AG as well as höltl Retail Solutions GmbH

Already in 2018, eFulfilment Transaction Services GmbH, Futura Retail Solutions AG as well as höltl Retail Solutions GmbH joined forces under the umbrella of ROQQIO Commerce Solutions GmbH. The focus was on a fully integrated omnichannel solution for retail companies, with which all sales channels can be networked without limits. Companies from different industries have benefited from the merger, especially those already using software from eFulfilment, Futura and höltl in implementing their omnichannel strategy.

Software solutions remain

The former höltl software solutions will remain in use by existing customers, but have been merged into ROQQIO's solutions and will be transferred to the REMIRA portfolio in 2023. This will not change anything for existing customers.
